Evan's love for food runs deep—whether he's growing it, cooking it, or savoring every bite.
With over 20 years of experience, Evan has cooked for high-profile clients like Will Smith, created menus for restaurants and retreat centers worldwide, studied Native American healing, and trained as a processing coach—equipping him to support you on your journey.
As a child, Evan’s love for flavors inspired him to start cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. After his parents’ divorce, he and his sister began preparing family meals as a way to create stability and express his love and creativity.
Later in life, health challenges motivated Evan to explore healthy cooking and different healing modalities. This journey led him to understand food as medicine and how past traumas impact our well-being.
Recognizing the decline in home-cooking traditions, Evan merged his culinary expertise with his passion for personal transformation to create the Mindful Cooking Program.

- That's Thursday 9 am Bali Time GMT+8
It’s OK. You can log into the portal to access the video recordings from the classes that you miss. You can also introduce yourself and stay active in our online community.
